We all deserve a holiday and, with economic doom and gloom surrounding us, you probably need a break now more than ever, but whilst keeping a careful eye on costs.

In such times, we often remind ourselves of the ‘good old days’ when holidays were more about spending time together, creating priceless memories that didn’t cost a penny. France is a holiday destination which offers all this and more, and at a price we can all afford.

Jesann Properties is based in the Morbihan Area of Southern Brittany France close to the Gulf of Morbihan - it is less than an hour away from the numerous superb beaches of the Gulf from its farthest extremes and is warmed by the Gulf stream making it the best climate in Brittany.

Initially renting out our own property to friends whilst based in the UK from 1988 we eventually expanded to renting out and managing friends' holiday homes/properties while they continued to live in the UK, which we have been doing for the past 11 years, now permanently in Brittany. We have further expanded into the buying and selling of property solely through our association with Immobilier des Deux Rives in Normandy to provide not only a wide range of properties for sale in Morbihan, Brittany but also through their other agents, in North West France generally.
